2. What data we collect

Table reservations

When you book a table via our booking system, we process your name, phone number, email, number of guests and date/time. This data is stored with our provider Gastroplanner AS.

Contact via email, phone or social media

If you contact us, we store the information you provide for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry.

3. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to give you a good user experience. We use:

• Cloudflare — technical cookies for security and performance. No user tracking.
• Bunny Fonts — privacy-friendly font provider. No cookies are set and no IP logging.
• Gastroplanner (booking) — sets technical cookies during reservation.
• LeadConnector / GoHighLevel (chat widget) — sets technical cookies for chat functionality and may receive any messages you send via chat. Data controller: HighLevel Inc. (USA), under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You can disable cookies in your browser, but some functionality may stop working.

4. Third-party services

We use the following external services that may process data about you:

• Cloudflare Pages — hosting and content delivery.
• Gastroplanner AS — table reservations (stores name, contact info, date/guest count).
• Bunny Fonts — typography (privacy-friendly).
• LeadConnector / GoHighLevel — chat widget shown on all pages.
• Web3Forms — relays private event inquiries from the form to our email ([email protected]). Web3Forms does not retain the data beyond delivery. Data controller: Web3Forms (EU-based).
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — only if you click our links.

4.1 Legal basis

• Table reservations and event inquiries: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Security, performance and chat functionality: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Marketing and follow-up: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — can be withdrawn at any time.

4.2 Retention period

Reservations and inquiries are kept for up to 2 years. Accounting records are retained for 5 years (Norwegian Bookkeeping Act). Chat messages are retained while the dialogue is active plus 12 months.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• request access to the data we hold about you
• have data corrected or deleted
• restrict or object to processing
• lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority or your national data protection authority

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration or deletion.
